They are very robust and can handle in excess of 1000 horsepower. I purchased them to put on my 30' Scarab but now realize that they are way too much drive for my boat and I would have to completely re-rig my boat to use them. These drives were rebuilt with the best parts including straight cut gears and they have very low hours on them. I also have gimbals, rams and props.
